About the event
Back by popular demand! Door County resident and veteran gardener Karen Kidd will teach indoor seed-starting techniques to help you get a jump-start on your garden. She'll cover preparation tips, growing station set up, and pre-season projects.
Immediately after Karen’s presentation (11:30am - 1pm), the Door County Seed Library will host a community seed swap–we’ll be sharing lots of seeds, including several Door County-grown varieties that local gardeners have generously donated. If you have seeds to share, please bring them along, but if not, no worries! Everyone is welcome to pick up some free seeds.
Co-sponsored by Door County Master Gardeners, Door County Seed Library, and Door County Library., the event is free and open to the public.
