About the event
The public is invited to watch selected artists from across the United States as they interpret the beauty of The Garden Door through live painting amongst the flowers. The 20th annual Plein Air Festival is organized by PenArt to celebrate the tradition of outdoor painting, nature, and community. The Garden Door features 20 display gardens designed and maintained by volunteers of the Door County Master Gardeners Association.
